1. Entertainment Purpose Only
SoftLines™ is a sports data and analytics aggregation tool provided solely for informational and entertainment purposes. SoftLines™ does not offer real-money gambling, sports betting services, or financial advice. Nothing on the Service constitutes an invitation or inducement to gamble, place bets, or make investment decisions.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use SoftLines™ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, or related systems; (b) scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data except as expressly permitted; (c) reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service; (d) use the Service to facilitate illegal gambling or other unlawful activity; or (e) misuse accounts, credentials, or APIs in a way that harms SoftLines™ or other users.
3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Data provided "as-is" without guarantees of accuracy or betting outcome. SoftLines™ aggregates third-party sports, odds, and analytics data that may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. You are solely responsible for verifying information before relying on it. Past performance and modeled insights do not predict future results.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
SoftLines™ is operated by Saenz Villarreal Partners LLC, the merchant of record for paid access. Charges are processed by Stripe. By starting a trial or completing a purchase, you agree to the billing and refund terms in this section.
Free Trials
Users on a 7-day free trial can cancel at any time prior to trial expiration via the customer billing portal without incurring any recurring charges.
Recurring Subscriptions
Monthly Pro memberships ($9.99/mo) renew every 30 days until canceled. When canceled, access remains fully active through the end of the paid billing cycle, after which it will not renew.
Full Season Passes
Season passes ($49.99) provide one-time upfront access through the end of the NFL season (February 28, 2027) and are non-refundable once purchased.
No Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. SoftLines™ does not issue refunds, prorated credits, or fee adjustments for partial subscription periods, unused access, or market outcomes.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoftLines™ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or wagering outcomes arising from your use of—or inability to use—the Service. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
